Previous Carpenters left
no barrier between concrete and wood. The wood used was not pressure
treated.
We rebuilt them by using
12 by 2 pressure treated wood with zinc plated steel
at the bottom, keeping wood off the ground. Held in place by 8 to 10
concrete anchored nails and 4 large carriage bolts
on the sides of the angled steel.
Finished stairs. 3 coats of Benjamin Moore exterior.
Bottom Rail Rotted out.
Replaced rotten wood with pressure treated. Painted
with Benjamin Moore Acrylic Exterior.
Weathered Garage Door frame preparation. Industrial Caulk and fill.
Later top coated with Glidden oil stain. Approx
60 units.
Curved Concrete crack filled with slurry mixture. This Strata avoided a
huge bill to replace concrete.
